You can return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions and a return label (where available).

Standard delivery across the EU typically takes 3–7 business days for in-stock items; oversized or made-to-order pieces may take 7–14 business days. You will receive a dispatch notice once your order leaves the warehouse.

Most items arrive pre-assembled or flat-packed with clear instructions and hardware. On-site assembly is not included; however, we can recommend third-party services in major EU cities on request.

We do not provide design services, but selected products offer size or finish options from our partner manufacturers. Availability varies by item — check the product page or contact us for details.

We work with solid oak and ash, engineered wood where appropriate, powder-coated steel, and performance fabrics. Materials may differ by product line — specifications are listed on each product page.

Dust regularly with a soft cloth, wipe spills promptly, and avoid harsh chemicals. For wood, use pH-neutral cleaners; for fabric, follow the care label. Keep furniture away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight.
